Refund & Cancellation Policy

Confexia Projects and Solutions aims to provide clear and fair terms for all bookings, registrations and payments.

1. Event Bookings

Cancellation and refund requests for events will be considered according to the specific cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking. Refund eligibility may vary depending on the event and the time of cancellation.

2. Cancellation by Confexia

If an event is cancelled by Confexia Projects and Solutions, registered delegates may be offered a transfer to a rescheduled event or a refund, subject to the circumstances and applicable terms.

3. Non-Attendance

Failure to attend an event without prior cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund.

4. Sponsorship & Exhibition

Payments for sponsorship, exhibition packages and promotional opportunities may be subject to specific cancellation and refund conditions agreed upon at the time of booking.

5. Refund Requests

All refund requests should be submitted in writing with the booking or invoice details. Approved refunds will be processed using the applicable payment method or another agreed method.
